One to One Personal Training
Our premium personal training service takes place in our private gym, Elevation Fitness.
Prior to the commencement of training, we will have an in depth consultation where, together, we will identify goals then set realistic, achievable time frames for reaching those goals. Based on our discussions during the consultation, I will then create a bespoke training program for you.
Working closely together on a regular basis we will track your progress by the most appropriate means of measurement. Our expert guidance will not only help you to achieve your fitness goals but it will also equip you with the necessary tools to maintain, or in most cases surpass, your achievements.

Class based training session perfect for beginner to intermediate lifters.
My goal with this class is to help as many women as possible become confident in weight training by providing proper education when it comes to form and technique.
Delivered in a small, class based setting with other like minded women it is sure to be a good time too.
