Workout of the Week | Bodyweight HIIT

Workout of the week‘ has been a segment I’ve wanted to introduce for a while now so what better time than during Blogmas?! MERRY CHRISTMAS from me to you!

As this is the first one and it is December, the month of relaxation and indulgence, we will take it nice and slow to ease ourselves in ready to smash it properly in the new year…

If you’re going to do something, you might aswell do it. So, LET’S DO THIS


This will be a high tempo body-weight focused workout so there are no excuses about not having the right equipment etc.



1) quick paced high knees

2) press ups (on your knees if you struggle but chest to floor!)

3) alternating lunges

4) hip dips

5) squat jumps

6) tricep push ups

7) squat hold


Do each exercise for 30 seconds, resting for 15 seconds between each exercise. Do as many rounds as you can but a minimum of 3.
